Members Terms of Service
You must be at least 18 years old, be a United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, New Zealand, or United Kingdom resident and have a valid e-mail address to register at FreebiesJunction.com. Enrollment and participation at FreebiesJunction.com is open to individuals only (no corporations or other legal entities). Each individual is allowed only one active Membership. Only one active Membership is allowed per household. Any Member who registers for more than one FreebiesJunction.com account will relinquish rights to all points, cash, and pending prizes earned under all accounts. FreebiesJunction.com will have the sole discretion to determine if an individual has registered for more than one account and/or is maintaining more than one account. All accounts in question may be terminated in such cases.
Every individual who joins FreebiesJunction.com is responsible for providing valid information requested herein and for updating any such information to ensure its accuracy. Receipt of inaccurate or misleading information will adversely affect the ability of FreebiesJunction.com to operate its website and provide services to Members and participants. In this regard, FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to terminate any Member’s Membership in the system if misleading or intentionally incorrect personal information is provided to us or any of our Partners.
Points, Cash, and Rewards earned by a Member are for that Member’s account only and cannot be transferred or combined with other Member’s points for any purpose.
FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this website with or without notice to its Members. FreebiesJunction.com will not be liable to any Member or any third party should FreebiesJunction.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Program. FreebiesJunction.com will not be liable for any pending cash, prizes, or points associated with any account should that account be disabled for any reason.
Once you become a Member of FreebiesJunction.com, you will create a password and an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. The Member agrees to immediately notify FreebiesJunction.com of any unauthorized use of the Member’s account or any other breach of security known to the Member.
Either the Member or FreebiesJunction.com may terminate the service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. FreebiesJunction.com will not be liable to the Member or any third party for termination of service.
Members must respond to and complete offers via the online link provided by FreebiesJunction.com. Offers completed via telephone, postal mail or directly from a Partner’s website may not be valid unless specifically stated otherwise within said offer.
FreebiesJunction.com is under no obligation to provide Members with any particular number of point or cash earning opportunities or send messages to Members.
In addition, FreebiesJunction.com may remove points or cash from a Members account and/or and terminate said account if we feel that the Member has violated the spirit or intent of our Partner(s) offer or FreebiesJunction.com. FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason with or without notice to that Member. Any account terminated by FreebiesJunction.com forfeits all cash, points, and pending prize orders.
FreebiesJunction.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of FreebiesJunction.com Membership (including forfeiture of points, cash, and pending prizes) shall be final and binding.
Members are required to log-in to the FreebiesJunction.com website AND complete at least one transaction, i.e. either earn additional points, cash, or redeem points for a prize, during any continuous 30 day period. If a Member fails to log-in to the FreebiesJunction.com website and complete at least one such transaction for 30 days, FreebiesJunction.com will deem that specific account inactive and remove all points and cash from that account. A Member who does not visit the FreebiesJunction.com site for a continuous period of 30 days is considered inactive and will forfeit rights to all FreebiesJunction.com Points and Cash that have been earned during the lifetime of that individual's account. Members may request that their account be reactivated at anytime by sending an email to administration at freebiesjunction@gmail.com.

FreebiesJunction.com makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with regard to any merchandise or services obtained by Members through the redemption of points or cash under the website. Only those guarantees, warranties, and representations, if any, offered by the manufacturers of merchandise or suppliers of services may be relied upon by Members.
Member expressly agrees that use of FreebiesJunction.com is at the Member's sole risk.
FreebiesJunction.com makes no guarantees that FreebiesJunction.com will be available uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
FreebiesJunction.com is optimized to run with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. For best results, we recommend that all members use either of those browsers when navigating the FreebiesJunction.com and completing any offers to earn points and cash. While other browsers may provide access and usability, we cannot guarantee optimal results and may not be able to support user issues that occur with other browsers.
Limitations on Liability:
FreebiesJunction.com, its administration, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, special, consequential, or otherwise, arising out of, or in any way connected with Member’s participation in the website, the use of information provided by Members under the Program, or the merchandise or services obtained by Members through the redemption of points under the Program.
FreebiesJunction.com is not responsible for losses that result from participating or inability to participate in FreebiesJunction.com or FreebiesJunction.com Partners or reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise purchased on or through FreebiesJunction.com. Furthermore, FreebiesJunction.com assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of services from providers which may affect or otherwise affect accrual of points and cash.
Robots and other Automated Processes:
FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to block users and disable accounts that have been determined to have benefited from the use of automated scripts or 'robots.' Any such use of automation to earn points or disrupt FreebiesJunction.com or associated website operations will be subject to applicable laws governing fraud.
Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of memolink.com.
If at our request you send content (e.g., community center content, testimonials, or contests) or you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of FreebiesJunction.com. FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to edit testimonials for consideration of brevity and shall make no attempt to edit or change the meaning of said testimonial.
None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of FreebiesJunction.com shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, FreebiesJunction.com shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
By signing up and actively using the FreebiesJunction program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. FreebiesJunction may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will not be informed of all changes to this policy , and it is the members responsibility to frequent this page, to see if anything has been modified. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the FreebiesJunction program following a change in policy on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
It is FreebiesJunction's sole descretion to terminate any members account for any formentioned reasons. If a member is found guilty of fraud (completing several duplicate offers on websites), not active in the past 15 days, and using a prepaid credit card fraudently (not properly cancelling offers).
Relationship of the Parties
You and FreebiesJunction are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and FreebiesJunction. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of FreebiesJunction. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the FreebiesJunction program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
FreebiesJunction will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or FreebiesJunction program, even if FreebiesJunction has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, FreebiesJunction aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments to Our Members
Payments are sent on or around the 5th of the following month in which the commisions were earned. For example, if you earned $50 in January, you will be paid on or around March 5th. FreebiesJunction.com does not payout to members who are outside of the USA. In addition, members with incomplete or inaccurate account information will not be paid. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All FreebiesJunction.com members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until FreebiesJunction.com has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on FreebiesJunction.com is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. FreebiesJunction.com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon. FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to request ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to withhold funds.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with FreebiesJunction and may result in legal prosecution. FreebiesJunction strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. FreebiesJunction may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. FreebiesJunction.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
Privacy Policy

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use FreebiesJunction's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

FreebiesJunction.com Advertising Terms
FreebiesJunction.com reserves the right to edit/delete any Paid To SignUp Ad, Paid To Click Ad, or Banner Ad, which a member purchases, if it does not meet FreebiesJunction.com's requirements. There will be no refunds on any purchased made, because you are not required to purchase advertising. No exceptions.
Non-Commitment
FreebiesJunction.com has no commitment toward any of their users and/or members. FreebiesJunction.com shall, at its discretion, terminate the service for any and/or all users and/or members at any time, without any notice. Upon termination, FreebiesJunction.com does not have any commitment toward any user/member whether past or present.
Please note: DO NOT USE AOL OR NETSCAPE. Doing so will cause the "fraud detection system" to believe that you have multiple accounts, and delete you from the system, hence, forfeiting all your earnings. No exceptions to this. Also, you are only to log in from your home address, if you log in somewhere else, the system will mark you as a cheater and delete you from the system, and you lose all of earnings. No exceptions. Your IP address MUST match the state you are in, otherwise the system will mark you as a cheater and delete you from the system, and you lose all of your earnings.
Data collection
FreebiesJunction collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. FreebiesJunction asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.
Changes to this Policy
Please note these terms will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant.
